1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using StatX, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

StatX is a sports activity tracking application that allows you to create and manage sports activities, record match scores, track statistics, and connect with other players. The service is provided by Baarstroem ApS.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use StatX
• One person may not maintain more than one account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Upload offensive, inappropriate, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' accounts
• Use automated tools to access or scrape the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create (activity names, messages, photos). By posting content, you grant StatX a non-exclusive license to display it within the service for the purpose of providing the app's features.

We may remove content that violates these terms without notice.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

StatX offers free and premium subscription tiers. Premium subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal policies are governed by the respective platform's terms.

• Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google per their refund policies

7. Privacy

Your use of StatX is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

8. Intellectual Property

The StatX name, logo, design, and software are the property of Baarstroem ApS. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

StatX is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We are not responsible for the accuracy of scores or statistics entered by users.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Baarstroem ApS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the app.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
