How to Delete Your Data

You can delete your StatX account and all associated personal data directly from the app. No email or support request is needed.

Steps to delete your account:

  • Open the StatX app
  • Go to Friends tab > tap your profile icon (top right)
  • Scroll to the bottom of the Account page
  • Tap "Slet konto" (Delete Account)
  • Confirm the deletion when prompted

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

  • Your profile information (name, email, phone number, photo)
  • Your authentication credentials
  • Your friends list and group memberships
  • Your device tokens and notification preferences
  • Your subscription information
  • Your user statistics

What Gets Anonymized

To preserve the integrity of other users' statistics and activity history, the following data is anonymized rather than deleted:

  • Activities you participated in (your name is replaced with "Deleted User")
  • Match results you were part of
  • Chat messages you sent within activities

This anonymized data cannot be linked back to you in any way.

Processing Time

Account deletion is processed immediately. All personal data is removed within seconds of confirming the deletion.

Unable to Access the App?

If you cannot access the app to delete your account, you can request deletion by emailing us:

Please include the email address associated with your StatX account. We will process your request within 30 days as required by GDPR.
